The Transit24 Service Promise aims to keep your vehicles on the road and reduce their downtime to help keep your business running smoothly. Whether your Ford commercial vehicle is in for repairs, servicing or general maintenance, we endeavour to minimise the time your vehicle is with us.
Not only that, but we’ll do our utmost to make your visit to our Transit Centres as convenient as possible, whilst also offering you fair and transparent pricing and fantastic customer service to boot.
When your vehicle stops, so does your business. It’s our priority to get your vehicle repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible.
Priority treatment for urgent repairs - for urgent (vehicle off road) repairs, especially when no replacement vehicle is available, we will carry out initial diagnosis and if required, order parts all within two hours of arrival.
We aim to complete most VOR repairs within 24 hours, subject to parts availability. Whilst some major repairs may take longer, the aim is always to keep downtime, as well as disruption to your business, to a minimum. In the event of a parts delay, repairs will be carried out on the day that the parts arrive, with the aim of completing the repair on the same day.

Collection and Delivery and Vehicle Wash
We offer a truly convenient collection and delivery service, available by appointment to take the hassle out of bringing your vehicle to us. Contact us to find out more.
On every service visit, we’ll wash your vehicle so it can be returned to you looking its best.
Book an appointment to have your vehicle serviced at a time to suit you, with our online booking form or by contacting our Transit Centres directly.
You can wait while we tend to your vehicle and with free Wi-Fi available, you can get on with running your business.
If your vehicle is off the road, we’ll endeavour to provide you with a suitable replacement that’s like-for-like in terms of its size and capability. This excludes specially adapted vehicles and is subject to availability.
Extended opening hours
We understand that running a business can make finding time for regular vehicle maintenance a challenge. That’s why at both our Transit Centres, we strive to offer you flexible times to get your vehicle in for a service. Open from 7.30am – 6.30pm Monday – Friday and 8am – 5pm Saturdays.
We offer overnight servicing Monday to Friday, if you drop your commercial vehicle off before 4pm, you can collect after 9am the following day. By appointment only.
We are also open until 7pm every Thursday!

All parts are developed and engineered by Ford themselves to keep you safe in the knowledge that your van or pick-up feels like it did on the day you first drove it away. Plus, using the best Ford diagnostic equipment we are able to speed up diagnosis and repair to maintain maximum efficiency.
Ford Interim Check
If your vehicle has a 24-month service interval, and is high-mileage, why not book in for an interim check just to make sure your vehicle is safe and roadworthy. The check-up will identify any underbody or tyre damage, top up engine fluids, check for warranty recalls and we will update any software that could improve the vehicle’s performance.
This Interim Check will also activate a further 12 months Roadside Assistance Cover (SARA).

Ford Trained Technicians
To completely ensure your commercial vehicle is looked after to the highest of standards, all our Transit Centre Technicians are trained through a fully certified Ford Service Program and are supported by online technical information and a Ford technical hotline.
